Domestic(US) shipping:
A majority of our items ship via UPS, Fedex or US Postal Service. The price for shipping these items is shown on the checkout screen.
Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii as well as other US territories ship at additional cost.
Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
Domestic (US) Freight Shipping:
Rates for freight shipped items will be displayed during checkout. The pricing shown is for shipment to a commercial address with a dock or forklift or alternatively for pickup at a freight terminal. We make every effort to ensure that a freight terminal is within 50 miles of your checkout address. If the terminal is further away we will communicate this prior to the shipment of the order. If you request to ship these items to a residential address or require liftgate there will be an additional charge for your item to ship.
Orders that are made with extra services added (residential, liftgate), that we are billed for after delivery via the freight carrier will be billed directly. If these fees are not paid by the customer, we reserve the right to deny returns and warranty as well as pursue collection of the fees through collections.
Freight shipping to certain remote locations may require additional payment, we will contact you if this is the case.
Freight shipped items are shipped twice per week from our facility.
International:
All items are available for international shipping. Please call/text/email with the part you are looking for and the delivery address and we can issue you a quote for international shipping.
Pick-up:
Pickup at our facilities in Port Washington, WI is always available. Typically, your order will be ready for pickup within 24 hours. If you need your item quicker, please give us a call/text/email and we will prioritize your order.
