Automotive Part Inventory - Multiple Open Positions
We are looking for multiple members to fill out our inventory team. We need team members for the following roles:
Part Data Entry - Enter dismantled parts into our computer system, logging source vehicle and condition.
Cleaning and Refurbishment - Quality check our parts as well as use various cleaning methods to prepare our parts for sale.
Photography - Arrange and photograph our parts for online listing.
Warehouse - Stock and organize our products in our warehouse.
Online Listing - Uses a computer program to price our parts and list them online.
We are ideally seeking full time candidates but we will consider individuals that are seasonal, part time, semi-retired or moonlighting. Each of these positions has flexible scheduling and hours. These roles coordinate with all of our other areas including shipping, dismantling and customer service. All work takes place inside our clean and well lit facility.
These positions are required to work standing, sitting, bending and moving, and also need the ability to lift up to 50lbs. They should have the ability to identify automotive parts quickly and be able to articulate conditions accurately. Data Entry and Online Listing positions spend roughly 70% of their time on a computer workstation or tablet/smartphone so basic computer and typing skills are required as well as a strong attention to detail.
Candidates should have completed high school or a GED, have a drivers license, and have some background in Automotive (mechanic, parts, gearhead, dealership, etc.).
Our shop is located in the southern Port Washington industrial park, about 5 minutes north of Grafton off I-43.
These are flexible positions within our small company. After a training period you will get to select your working hours. 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, no weekends or weekends only, anything is possible. Our flexibility makes this position a good fit if you cannot work a traditional schedule.
Pay for these positions is highly dependent on background and skills but is generally between $14-21 per hour (full-time) and a profit sharing bonus. Full time positions include paid holidays and PTO hours.

Customer Service - Parts Counter
The Customer Service Lead is responsible for all aspects of customer service. This includes:
** Answering customer calls and emails regarding availability, fitment, and basic functionality.
** Working with our walk-in (retail) customers.
** Handling customer complaints.
** Updating customer information in our computer system.
** Processing product returns.
** Meeting customers for product pickup (at our location).
** Customer outreach for shipping services.
** Invoicing of all purchases.
** Posting and promoting our products online.
** Repricing and repositioning of products for sales.
** Other duties as assigned.
** High levels of organization and prioritization abilities are a must for this position. **
Candidates should have completed high school or have a GED, have a drivers license and have previously worked in a retail or ecommerce setting. Excellent computer skills are a must, experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
Our shop is located in the southern Port Washington industrial park, about 5 minutes north of the Grafton Costco.
Standard business hours around 8am-5pm - No weekends.
Pay for this position is highly dependent on background and skills but starts at $15 per hour. 2 weeks of paid time off in the 1st year. Health benefits to be discussed.
